At Kryseria Lightbringer LLC, each appointment and offering is prepared with intention, energetic alignment, and sacred time held specifically for you. To honor the integrity of this work, all sales are final.
1. No Refund Policy
All sessions, services, digital products, courses, programs, and downloads are non-refundable, without exception.
This includes all spiritual sessions, energy work, readings, programs, digital downloads, and membership offerings.
Once purchased or booked, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
2. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your session, you may do so—but no refund will be provided.
As a courtesy, please try to cancel with at least 24 hours notice so your session time can be offered to someone else.
3. Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your appointment online at any time.
As a courtesy, please try to reschedule with at least 24 hours notice.
If you reschedule with less than 24 hours notice 3+ times, we reserve the right to deny any future bookings.
4. Late Arrival Policy
Timeliness maintains the energetic container for your healing.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment must be rescheduled

Late arrival rescheduling counts as a reschedule with less than 24 hours notice.
Late arrival does not extend or shorten your scheduled session; instead, a new appointment will be needed.
If you reschedule with less than 24 hours notice 3+ times, we reserve the right to deny any future bookings.
5. No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your appointment and do not notify us:

If you no-show 2+ times, we reserve the right to no longer take you on as a client and you forfeit any amount you paid towards a service as a no-show fee.
